Welcome

You might be here because you’re feeling lonely, stuck, ready for change. You might be in transition and needing more support in a new season of life. You may be moving through a period of grief and loss. Perhaps you’re on a journey of healing from trauma.

These experiences can feel overwhelming when we keep them to ourselves or feel alone. In therapy, we work together to give voice to what has been unspoken or unexpressed. I offer a kind, playful, steady, and non-judgmental presence to build curiosity and compassion.

I specialize in attachment, trauma, and somatic therapy. I integrate a variety of approaches to this work—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and narrative therapy, all with a trauma-informed and anti-oppression lens.

I provide therapy to adults struggling with a variety of concerns. I aim to be inclusive and welcoming to all as an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC ally. Reach out with any questions or to set-up a free consultation call.

You’ll catch up, said the horse.
